Arthur Frank Mann, 97, of Honolulu, a retired disctrict superintendent and principal, an aide and researcher for the state House of Representatives, and a Marine Corps veteran who served in World War II, died in Honolulu. He was born in Fredona, N.Y. He is survived by wife Mija, sons Kevin and Daryl, and a grandchild. Private services.
