Rosario “Ruth” Mendiola, 89, of Ewa Beach died in Kaneohe. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Francine Doroha, Noelle Nishikuni, Wanda Posey, Diane Mendiola-Goya and Michaelle Mendiola; brothers Silverio, Antonio and Albert Miral; sisters Elizabeth Manuel, Carmen Malunao and Carol Kuhns; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Aug. 29 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 91-1004 North Road, Ewa Beach. Mass: 11 a.m. Additional visitation: 5:30 p.m. at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Service: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
