Orlando Vea Pecpec, 52, of Waipahu died in Waipahu. He was born in Batac, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by sons Andrew, Landon and Tony Pecpec, and Austin Demauro- Pecpec; daughter Lia; parents Juan “Johnny” and Shirley; brothers Narcelito and Andy; and sisters Rose Kunz and Marylou Lewis.
