Frank Preston Nibley Jr., 80, of Oro Valley, Ariz., a retired First Hawaiian Bank vice president and a Navy veteran, died in Oro Valley. He was born in San Francisco. He is survived by wife Diane; sons Frank P. III and Dr. Carlton Nibley, and Craig Warner; stepdaughter Karen Weathers; brother Thomas; sister Nan Walker; and nine grandchildren. No services.
