Pelagio V. Ballesteros, 94, of Waialua died in Waialua. He was born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by daughters Pacencia B. Giron, Lolita Agtarap and Relina and Orlita Ballesteros; brother Antonio; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 10 a.m. Monday at the mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Black and white attire.
