MEI JEAN WONG CHING Age 81, of Honolulu passed away on October 17, 2014 in Honolulu. Mei Jean was born July 27, 1933 in Waialua, Hawaii. A graduate of Waialua Class of 1951, the University of Hawaii, and the University of Illinois Library School. A member of St. Philomena Church and the Senior Club Ala Puumalu Community Center in Salt Lake. Mei Jean is survived by her husband, Andrew B.S. Ching; daughter, Melanie C. (David) Lui; one granddaughter, Kristen Lui; brother, Deacon Lauren (Hazel) Wong; brother-in-law, Kenneth C.W. Kwock. VISITATION WILL BE FROM 9:30 - 10:30 A.M. SATURDAY NOVEMBER 8, 2014 AT ST.
