Seiichi Nakagawa, 90, of Ewa Beach, a retired U.S. Department of Defense fire captain at Hickam Air Force Base and an Army veteran, died in Maluhia Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Neil N.; daughters Maureen Uyeda, Colleen Shishido and Cathy Nagatoshi; brother Walter; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
