Ada Chizuko Yoshimoto, 86, of Kaneohe, a retired Tripler Army Medical Center stenographer, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons John and Michael “Mike,” daughters Aline Yoshizawa and Yvonne Yoshimoto, and five grandchildren. Private services.
