Edith Kawelohea McKinzie, 88, of Pearl City, a kumu hula, educator, Hawaiian cultural specialist, author and genealogist, died in Kaiser Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Joleen H. Chavez and numerous grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Nov. 8 at Borthwick Mortuary. Services at noon. Burial: noon Nov. 9 at Valley of the Temples. Aloha attire.
